Most people use .03 or .04" styrene sheets, cut to shape/size and glue.

.03 or .04 styrene. Would a hobby shop carry this or should I assume special order? Is there a special glue or one that is preferred by hobbyists?

Most decent LHS's should carry styrene sheeting.

yes... styrene type glues work best.

Thank you. So, are the interior seats and all made of this material or is there a market for scale interior parts. I think the styrene part will be hard enough with building floors and dash and all. Pre molded seats would be nice.

Just wanted to add that if your LHS Don't carry it check your local hardware stores.
I know Lowe's Carries styrene sheets and homedepot does to.
Don't know if you have those in your area or not

Need to investigate this as ive never noticed any before. My LHS does not carry, nor does the other craft stores.

pre-molded seats are available for purchase.

some are Wraith kit seats...
but there are others as well.

ebay has them...
as likely some of the sponsor's here.

a quick google would net your options.

There is also a DIY here... Team3sixRC Scale Seats info
showing how to make your own.

Shoe GOO works good to on styrene. I personally haven't used it but it seems to be a popular choice on this forum. You could also make it out of aluminum too but it would require a lot of work and precision.
