Check out the RCCrawler Brand Specific Tech - Losi Micro-Rock Crawler at RCCrawler.com and RCCrawler Brand Specific Tech - Losi Mini-Rock Crawler at RCCrawler.com ; out of the 2, I'd go with the latter even though it's a bit bigger, it'll be loads more capable, easier to work on & find parts for.

Do realise that small crawlers require relatively well prepared courses for driving whereas larger crawlers are better at negotiating whatever comes in their way.
Driving on snow and ice is completely different from driving on rocks.

Here are some films of my 1:10 Losi Comp Crawler in winter runs:
Running with chains on (compacted and icy) snow.
Running with chains on ice.
Running with spiked tires, part 1.
Running with spiked tires, part 2.

I'm guessing that since you mentioned "micro" you're looking at staying inside during the winter. If you want to drive outside in winter, there are scx10' with the waterproof ae5 esc and a little silicone on the electrical box will keep the receiver dry, plus you could silicone the rx itself as long as you give it a few days to dry before applying power.
