Default new to berg/dlux....

hello I have been crawling for some years now with a xr10 and I bought me some dlux superlites before x-mas last year and i have some problems with the setup off the links,,
I bought the superlites used here on rcc, and the last owner have made the holes in the tubes for the linkmounts,,
I am using the Dravtech SUDU pro chassis and I cant get the links to be strait when I am mounting them the way eric dlux says they have to be...
please come with inputs if you have had some off the same troubble..

I`ll guess it has to be the lower linkmounts that is not mounted correctly

Floki, Attack the problem one piece at a time.

Make sure your link pairs are the same length within reason, they are never perfect.
Example; rear uppers, rear lowers, front uppers and front lowers.
They need to equal in these paired links.

Double check the link mount position on the axles.
Measure from the axle tube end to the mount and make sure it's equal to the other side. Do this for front and rear axles.

The Sudu chassis is perfect for hole locations, each side matches the other, as long as you are using the same holes on each side.

Once you have these measurements corrected it should be pretty damn straight.

Your rear lowers will need to be twisted in a little because the lowers hit the uppers, when it's done.

I'm running the same chassis but different Berg axles so I'll watch your thread and add info where I can.

Make sure the rod ends are the same too.
There are a couple different 3mm rod ends that are not the same lengths than the others.

I bet if you swap your upper links right to left the axle will sweep the other direction.

You could probably space your shocks off of you chassis. The should decrease the angle of your shock giving you some space for the gear box....

I just use extra ball-ends as spacers, with longer bolts, of course.

I use 1/4" spacers off the chassis.
Sorry for the picture size but it makes it easier to see.

Okay,,Was it not crawler innovation who did have those shockspacers in store a while back??
I have been looking for those for some time now and cant find them anywhere.
I know I just can use a regular alu spacer and a 16mm screw..
But I want it to look good.
