|  Installing an LED light bar....?
I am wanting to install an LED light bar on my Wraith.... mine came with the Tactic TTX300 transmitter and TR325 RX...it has the multifunction 3rd channel buttons...can these be used to turn on and off the led bar?...if so, where do I wire it in? Do I just plug it in to the receiver?

No. you need a controller to turn On/Off leds lights from the TX. Check out the Vendor area and HeyOK Performance. He has a great $19 LED On/Off controller you plug into the RX and light module. Works great. |

It would just plug into channel 3 on your receiver programmed for basic on/off function. EDIT - I stand corrected. As offroadace stated you would also need a controller on channel 3. I actually got a cheap LED remote so I can run the lights at higher voltage and vary the brightness, which is surprisingly useful for nighttime driving. If you are running 2S limited LED light(s) the Rx CH3 is a great route. If you are running 3S capable LED lights i am personally going to run this one HeyOK External Power Remote Switch for LED Lighting with Dimming |
