| Servo extension cable question
My new servo required a servo extension cable. My question, is the point at which the servo extension and the cable coming from the servo vulnerable to water? If this junction gets wet am I going to have a short, ruin the servo, or ruin the radio? One of the selling points for me in buying the Traxxas TRX-4 was that you could essentially submerge it. Thanks.

Could, Might, Yes. Get some dielectric grease and coat the pins in the plug. |

I've always ran my servo extenders bare with no problems, but yeah, probably smart to add some insulation. You may wanna take care of the other side of the connectors where the wires come in, water will get in there too.

I run my ax90045 on the beach once, and I got no trouble till now. If the producers are reliable, and they said their product is waterproof, then I think it should be ok.
