Default wheely king stretched wheelbase question

Just wondering if you could help with suggestions on how to stretch the wheelbase of the wheely king using the stock chassis. Like how to make the driveshafts longer. Seen how to make the links, but
Didn't see how to make the driveshafts work

I'm in the process of stretching mine until I get the tube frame made.

For the driveshafts, I just used T-maxx shafts in place of the WK ones. I had to cut some of the length off both sides for free movement. Other than that, they popped right in.

You take the Maxx shaft, pull it apart. Take a hacksaw, and cut some length off. Then slip it back together..... that's it. I haven't looked into how to order the necessary parts for the Maxx shafts, because I have spares laying around, and the Revo shafts come ready to go, Traxxas 5451x. See this thread: I've seen lots of posts asking about Revo shafts...
