Harley Designs has a great video on YouTube explaining the whole process. Skip ahead to 26:40 if you just want the programming. It's the same for the Capra as the SCX10III. https://youtu.be/3Vgw4jpUqk4

I don't know how to post the link but it's the SCX10III video from about a month ago.

The unofficial official axial portal buggy.

Here is a suggestion I made to a fellow futaba owner with the 7px. You can make the same exact setup with the 4px too as I had that setup on there as well.

Hope that helps

thanx for the help guys. got it all set up except when I go to set my end point in the dig position the travel is to far with my end point turned all the way down to zero and binds the servo and it starts getting warm. I dont know how I can turn it down more.

Are you set up with DIG/4WD or DIG/Freewheel/4WD?

It sounds like youre set up in 2pos and the increment is off from where you started the setup?

For DIG/4WD I set increment to 200 (-100 is Dig and 100 is 4WD)

For DIG/Freewheel/4WD set increment to 100 (-100 is dig, 0 is Freewheel and 100 is 4WD)

Make sure to start with servo horn in the proper location for what setting youre on (ie horn centered for freewheel and switch at 0 in 3pos or horn fully engaged in 4wd and switch at 100 in 2pos setup)

I hope i am making sense, I will try to keep up on this post but PM me if you need any help as well. I can walk you through about anything on Futaba stuff.

Hey Josh, I just set my scx10 to my 7PXR. I assigned channel 4 (dig) to switch #1 and works disengaged normal , press switch dig engaged. No free wheel. Is it better to have it set up to have freewheel?

I like freewheel more than full DIG personally. Full dig is great when right at a gate and needing to get the front end over. But when needing to make forward progress while getting around or up something freewheel is much more forgiving and helpful. So out of habit I just set them all up in 3pos. Its a great feature to have I think.

I got it figured out. I had my dig on channel 4 and 4ws on channel 3. I ended up putting the 4ws on channel 4 and the dig on channel 3 and then I was able to get the end points turned down to where they needed to be. for some reason I couldnt get the end points turned down far enough on channel 4. I appreciateall the help. thanx again!
