I use the RC4WD Scale Driver Figure in most of my rigs. The Tamiya Bruiser driver is the same and looks the same as this driver. I have used both of them.

I got creative, same old figures get boring after a while.

So Baby Yoda is standing on an ammo can.

If you want realistic, how about using yourself?
https://www.myfaceonafigure.com will make different sizes with your likeness, and your choice of attire. I keep saying I want to have my whole family made, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

There's the NECA Preacher Series 1 Cassidy figure, he looks a lot like what a stereo-typical 4x4 lovin' good ol' boy might look like...

7" tall, there's someone on this forum running him in their rig - I forgot who.

The Preacher himself would be kinda cool, as well!

Generally Neca, Star Wars black series, or similar knock offs. Between 6”-8”; depending on which rc body.

I've got Rick in my TF2, but as you said he's a little small for the bigger rigs. Looks good in the TF2 though!

Have you tried going to Mom and Pop toy stores? I've found the best stuff at antique toy shops.
