For that little you'd be better off just getting a pair of Axial axles and then save up more and pick up more parts such as a chassis and electronics along the way. Better yet, get some used parts, and start building. EDIT: are you completely starting from scratch? Or do you already have RC equipment? Last edited by Crawlerguy851; 12-28-2007 at 01:06 PM. |

What these guys are telling you is pretty close. You actually can build a tlt crawler for less than an axial, but you really have to shop. I just did, and thought I could blow the axial price away, I was wrong. My new tlt build with mostly brand new parts, beadlocks and all, was only about 15 dollars less than an axial. Yea, I saved 15 bucks, and got my own unique build. But the axial seems really good, and its no effort, you just buy and assemble it. I had to shop like crazy! my 02 Also if yor want to bulletproof your nylint axles, let me know. I have a nylint comp 2.2 with reedy mod motors in it. I still love the nylints. |
