how's it jump? I can't imagine it would handle too well in the air unless the stuff on the right side of the chassis balances out the weight of the battery. other than that it looks fantastic. very realistic

Hey Mnster, Where did you get the body? I know it is a New Era body, but I could not find it anywhere. I built me a trophy truck/CORR Pro 2 a long time ago and the body I used has been discontinued. This one might work if I can find one. Thanks. Tex |

Although I know rpp hobby carry's them now. http://www.shop.rpphobby.com/category.sc?categoryId=113 These wheels were the main trick to get the look right. The rear wheels are offset 10mm a piece to make up for the narrow Axial axle. Where as the front is running zero offset. | |||

Made a cheesy basement bash video. http://www.hobbyzip.com/videos/283/trophy-truck.html Soya brought his class 1 buggy to play with. Yes those are trailing arms. Video http://www.hobbyzip.com/videos/284/trophy-truck.html Found that the suspension was binding at full droop. So it has about twice the rear travel that was shown above. Despite all that flex it's actually really stable. Better outside video later this weekend maybe... |

that thing is awesome! the Class 1 didn't seem to want to get much air time, though. the dude would hit the jump at as fast as he could get it and it would still barely get the front tires off the ground. the trophy truck looks really realistic when it's in motion. and when it's sitting still. kinda inspired me to do something with my Axial, hehe
