Default Mike's Sand Scorcher

I had this Sand Scorcher for over a year and finally assembled it...It is honestly one of the most fun RCs I have ever owned

Specs:
Tamiya black tuned stock motor
Stock ESC
Hitec 645 servo
RC4WD front shocks
RC4WD rear shocks with shodog replica Fox reservoirs
RC4WD front and rear bumpers
Gold aluminum anodized wheels
RPM light bar
Axial fender lights

The best for last!

Looks good Mike, wish i still had mine (it's resting in Ballers museum). However, I still have a Buggy Champ re-re collecting dust. Maybe I should get it dirty.

About time you whipper-snappers learned about Gen 1.5 RC's...

Suspension sucked, mechanical speed controllers going China Syndrome, AM radios with 30 ft range, oh and water...forget about it.

A Sand Scorcher was my first RC, I remember replacing every aluminum part with nylon, then converting it to 4 wheel drive.

Damn, I wish I kept it.

Yup, took quite a while to wash the gay off...

The 4wd conversion was primitive to say the least, I've been watching ebay for years trying to get my hands on another one. The only one I've seen went for $2k.
