Also just scored a complete Blackfoot extreme minus body off eBay for 25 bucks, ESC/motor servos and all. Going to set it up for my little girl.

Actually.....both! I've got the Monster Hearse WK that I built a couple years back and would like to do an axle mount on it and maybe even make it 4 wheel steer at some point. Also might consider ditching the one that's on the XJ Basher WK too.

The front is something I made with 4 axial servo mounts in the holes for the stock front electronic tray, and a piece of aluminum.

What a bastard truck. Hpi chassis, tamiya body and wheels, associated shocks, traxxas and axial electronics...little bit of everybody.

Oh, I know how that goes on my two, the crawler is more than half not HPI parts while the monster is, well, lets just say that HPI Grave Robber body is very appropriate for that one

Looks like an eBay piece but I really am unsure about it. It only uses the top two holes on the case so I could see it being a weak link.

Its a runner. Since it isn't brushless I decided to just y-harness the servo. Pretty fast for what it is with the 27t. Can go all over much better than an original Blackfoot. All in all I got what I was looking for. Grin from ear to ear.

Well I did away with the 4ws and changed to a 12t traxxas motor and on 3s whoa. Hauls ass for what it is. Must say it drives awesome. Very stable and not flip happy at all probably cause of crap turning radius but oh well. Body has held up to the bashing well. I don't wreck a whole lot but its had some nice tumbles.

Probably does 35-40 like a stock stampede on 3s but this thing was never made to go that fast so its fun.

Well down here in myrtle beach on vacation. So I brought the truck along to play in the sand. Then I found a indoor carpet off road track. Way to much fun. Actually able to beat two brushless slashes, and a mini erevo all driven by newbs of course but still loads of fun. Big doubles and a huge quarter pipe wall thing knocked out the windows but the body took some big licks and stayed in one peice.

Funny cause I was coasting hugging the corners then lifting the front wheels in the straights. Everyone was tripping out asking what it was.

Well time for a slight change in appearance. With the new popularity of mega trucks I had to have one. Still got to get the tires glued back up. Then it mud time.

That's cool as heck. Imagine if that was the Blackfoot back in the day! We would have went completely nuts over something like that. It would have completely changed the entire hobby.

Cool truck bro.
