WNC Scale GTG 2-16-14

Hello all, we are planning another scale trail run/crawl in the Western North Carolina area this weekend. We are going to the beautiful Dupont State forest in the Henderson/Transylvania county areas. The group will be meeting at the Wal-Mart in Pisgah Forest at 9:00 am on Sunday morning. From there we will head down to Dupont. If the weather is agreeable, we will be parking on Cascade Lake road and doing a loop of Big Rock Mountain, Cedar Mountain, and Corn Mill Shoals trails. After that, we will likely be heading up to Triple Falls, off of Staton Road. Come one, come all. Bring wour crawlers, batteries, and a want for some scale trail fun.

Where: Dupont State Forest, between Brevard and Hendersonville, NC

What: Open Scale trail run and rock crawl get together

Why: Because its fun! And beautiful. And for Kim, because waterfalls!
