now that everyone is rocking new trail rigs I decide to build me another one.

I am going with a 1.9 Hilux build

Here's what I got so far:

a set of TLT axles and shocks, I just posted a thread in the wanted section and ordered them the same day

the Reign K2-5 chassis, bought in the vendor section

I also have the body already, I am in need of a axial tranny if anyone has one they wanna let go. My goal is to have this build ready by the Minot comp.

tony suggested to fill them with 80wt or maybe even a heavy grease...i had those shocks on my comp truck at first and thought they did ok for their size

This picture was from a comp at Taylors Falls in Minnesota. I don't know the guys name but I think he is from Wisconsin. Jason might remember his name as he bought some stuff from him.

It might be "tjb" here at RCC. Try asking him in a PM. If it's not him he will know the rest of the Wisconsin crew other wise we will see him in August.

I'm thinkin I'll use the stock CR-01 landcruiser body and do a 1.9 build with the Reign and TLTs. (they're just sitting in a shoe box)

For the Hilux build I have a Mirek Trailfinder chassis comin, if it ever gets off backorder

It's gonna be a long winter so I figured I'd stock up
