Damn, now I have to pay attention to my work schedule more than a week out. I really want to make that park a weekend thing. Drive down Friday night, play Saturday and little Sunday morning and then drive home.

I will probably be gone by August, but we'll see.

Right now I'm looking at heading down to check out that park over Memorial Day weekend. I've about got Gabe talked into too.

There are a few spots by the tracks/under the trees that are more scale friendly. Would be by the upper level parking spot on the side the restrooms are. Looks like you were very close to the water there which has a lot tougher lines. I'm kinda of the odd guy out, since I only have a ax10.

I'm planning on spend either May 23 or 24th playing in the park. Anyone else gonna make it down there that weekend? I plan on bringing my Bronco and the Creeper if it's not broke after the Fargo comp ( I should be getting the replacement short axle any day now from it's first playdate ).

Right now Gabe and I are going. Just trying to decide what day to play, Saturday or Sunday. We'll be driving down the morning before and leaving the afternoon after.

Sounds good to me. I think Dave and I are going down for the weekend so we could play both days.

I got a 4 day weekend then and I'm looking to roll into Souix Falls Friday afternoon. Play all day Saturday and maybe a little Sunday morning if anything still runs. Once it gets a little closer I'll see how the weather looks. I've got a little fexibility that weekend. I can push it back a day. Get in Sat. and leave Monday if that lines up better for Tony and Dave and anyone else who wants to go.

Weather forcast looks like rain all weekend. It's still a few days out so hopefully it won't be too bad.

Saturday
Mostly cloudy with chance of showers and slight chance of thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 60s. Chance of rain 40 percent.

I can live with that but if it's gonna be worse I may rethink going. Gonna have to keep an eye on it. Of course here and Fargo look to have beautiful weather.
