In my day, we didn't even have a Trail Ranger body!
We had to use styrene to build a Sami!

Now get to work on getting the Proline CJ8 and Tracker re-popped. I've sent numerous emails to Proline regarding the Descender and always get the same canned response to contact my local hobby shop for disco'd bodies.

I definitely found out it's worth it, to a lot of people. My dad and I each won an original body at Axial Fest this year and had no idea what we had. We weren't interested in the bodies so I put mine up for sale. I then found out what we had. My phone started blowing up after about 10 min. So I sold mine to the first $65 offer and thought I made out. And still my phone was ringing of the hook. So my dad told me to sell his to see how much money I could get. 39 min. later I ended up selling the other body for $100 And we thought we got WEAK prizes at Axial Fest. NOT!

Not sure if any body is interested , but extremehobbiesmiami.com seems to have several older proline bodies in-stock, including cj8. Thought it might be worth checking out.

I tried to find the body but you must be sold out. The grill is too cool not to have that body to bolt on to. Shoot me a pm whenever you have more.

Its hard to tell, Im guessing its sitting on 12"tiles - either way at $5 its not much of a gamble haha.

$5 + $15 shipping. Rather put the money towards something more promising.

I am not sure if anyone is looking for a samurai body butt a guy in Canada has nine of them up on eBay;) I got mine yesterday.I was a little disappointed in the detail they could of at least put in some headlights and a grill..rear wheel well is to far back and there is no defining lines around the windshield butt if this is as close as I can get I will take it ..butt I agree we need a true scale samurai not micro and not a kinda like one ...just like is more like I mean cmon the Samurai still holds the highest land based vehicle climb to date jeeps are for girls sami,s rule..

ok... i opened up the box and checked out the bodies.

id say 90% of the detail is still there. its a copy so some loss is expected. the windshield line is faint but there enough to see the outline. (it was faint on the axial as well) the rest of the panel lines like the doors and hood are nice.

however... each one of my 6 have a blem in the lexan on the top of the door frame, some on the drivers, others on the pass side. ive seen this in other bodies as well, it looks like a wave in the lexan.

this is the worst example i have.

even with that im still tickled pink i have more of these bodies. i have a couple speedpals too but im not quite ready to ship one of those off. ;)
