| Painting a Honcho rear cage
Anyone tried it? What paint to use?

Gonna do it this weekend. Gonna use a rubberized spray paint. done it on an old new bright jeep. Turned out cool.

plastic dip maybe !? comes in a rattle can now should be fairly easy to peel off if ya change yer mind |

I used something on my ridgecrest. Yeah can't remember. Something Fusion. It is in a raddle can at Walmart. A little under 5 bucks a can. I can look tomorrow if you want more info. |

ughlee52.......the paint you are talking about is Krylon Fusion. And yes.......that stiff is amazing. It sticks to almost anything. to O.P., i would defiantly use the krylon fusion too.......2 or 3 coats should be more than enough to stand up sp some abuse. |

Hey demodude, is that cage on your truck brake line or? I know the honcho bed just wondering about the rest cause it looks really good and the paint matches well if it is two different materials.

Yep, the front is brake line and the rear is the stock cage. Both painted with the same can- rustolem orange. After rolling a few times and its getting scraped off
