| Fusion paint?
Would that Fusion paint work on Wraith body panels? The stuff is for plastic and is supposed to remain somewhat flexible. Thoughts? RIZ |

proper prep should allow any paint to stick to lexan. as with anything i would sand with a fine paper, clean, and spray. The fusion paint should not require a primer so one would think it could be used internally where a non lexan paint would have to have a primer and be sprayed externally.

I painted my PS body with Krylon Ultra Flat Camo w/Fusion. So far its holding up great. Only prep I did was to wipe the bpdy down with Denatured Alcohol however I don't recommend doing that with clear panels haha.

Did you paint to outside with ther fusion paint? Any pics? The reason I'm asking is I just got a Wraith in trade the the previous owner painted the panels yellow on the inside. I want to change the color and paint the outside instead. Just looking for any helpful tips to paint the outside of the panels. I happen to think of the Fusion paint this morning and decided to see if any others have used it. RIZ |

I use the fusion paint on my lexan bodies and haven't had an issue with it.

I've been using fusion for a few years on my nb jk. Camo tan, same as the wraith above. Easy to use, & prep is hardly an issue. Tough as hell too!

Inside on lexan outside (obviously) on hard bodies. I e done outside on my ridgecrest body but scratched pretty easy. But that was used jus for a basher body so didn't really care much.

Did a lexan xj with true blue fusion painted on the inside body cracked from some unnecessary roughness but never had an issue with the paint |

I used fusion on a couple bodies, inside lexan, and they all sheeted off. I washed and scuffed them, but the paint just peeled off in sheets. Some people say they have had luck with it, but I know on lexan it did not work for me.
