Default DInky Rc Trail Honcho Interior

Hey just waiting for my Honcho to arrive (It's still on backorder) Im looking at the DRC interior ,..Do I try to trim as much flashing off as possible or can I just leave it ? & will most paints work , I only need such small amounts I was gonna go with dollar stuff from the craft store ,..& do you usually cut down the figures ,...I have Sam in there now but he looks a little tall if you look where the back of the seat is ,..shouldn't his head sit lower? Thanks I might as well work on something well Im waiting ,... I was planning on installing it with carpet velcro & shoe goo ....

I would hold off on trimming until you get the Honcho. It'll be a more custom fit than if you went at it with scissors now. As for the paint, it would be good to use model paints (the paint that comes in the little vials). It'll be a nicer finished look and will give you more control over what you paint.

you could lower the driver figure
by heating the seat area with a heat gun
then press your driver figure downward on the seat.

additionally/alternatively...

you could dremel/grind off his buttocks
and they may net a little more.

His head will definitely hit the roof with out mods.
Even with a much smaller driver in mine it was almost touching.
