This mod is sorta complicated for a F350. Much more so than a Clod or Hilux. Your best bet may be to trim the fenders back for tire clearance. But basically you trim out two wedges from the sides of the hood first. Then there are two ways of going about step 2. You can cut the front fenders off at the door lines and then glue them in place once the two wedges have been removed from the hood itself, or you can heat the fenders slightly and bend the fenders into place. The first method looks best, but the second method requires less work. Either way once you've done this then the hood will stick out a little further than the fenders doo. So you'll have to trim that back and sand it down or cut a slice out and move the tip of the hood back to line up with the fenders. No matter how you go about this mod on this particular body it's not going to be super easy. Hope that helps, if not tke a pic from the top side of your hood area and I'll draw some lines on the pic so you get a better idea of what I'm talking about.

The first post in this thread has a pic where you can see the end result before paint. It appears he basically cut the wedges out of the sides of the hoos itself adn bent the fenders in to match. If you need more info send that pic and I'll draw it out for you.
Jk ttc 2.2
