My new "thing" is painting the Axial roll cages gloss black so that they look more like a metal cage. Problem is the screws that hold the cage together are a dead giveaway. Has anybody filled the holes to cover the screws? With what product? I'm looking for something that can be sanded and painted. Has anybody done this? Bondo?

Kneadatite Green stuff epoxy putty... dries semi flexible.. sandable, paintable.. and yet soft enough you could dig it back out with a knife later if you needed to.

I have use black RTV silicone to fill in the voids on the back of the lights. I imagine it may work for this. I am not sure about the painting, but once dry the silicone blends well with the plastic.

Rubberized black CA glue for tires would work great for that. Clean the holes good with rubbing alcohol or the like first.
