Default Spaz Stix Paint problems

Ive used the Chromed paint before on my lexan bodies where the areas painted did not come into contact with anything however I decided to paint my axial bed and now Im regreting it. This stuff has been backed up properly with the correct black backer also made from Spaz Stix simply scratches off. It looks great, but I cant attach velcro to the underside because this stuff doesnt adhere. I can simply take my fingernail and scratch it off all the way to clear lexan. Any ideas?

That's Spaz Stix unfortunately. It's not a durable paint. And apparently you can't even back it with clear or it will destroy the paint.
