I had a battery start spewing liquid and swell up on course, no pic though.

I was there when the battery spewed on there trans case a smoked like a couple of cigarette.

Broke both rear upper carbon fiber links after jumping through a bonus gate and straight into a rock wall. They held together by a fiber or two long enough to finish the course.

I broke a driveshaft on my wraith. Nothing on my comp trucks though.

I was REALLY surprised that I didn't break my super. On my last course, I forced it into a bowl just after the finish gate (it was about 1" shorter than the length of my truck) as the judge was counting down the last few seconds and right before the timer started to beep, I gave it full throttle and somehow it popped out unscathed....

I didn't break anything myself, but I witnessed more than a couple carbon wheels break after spills off of gates 1 and 2 on the Br00d course.

Thaks guys. I used to check everything but my 2.2 pro and radio. Now wih running 4 classes and all, I just checked it all but the radio. Wouldn't have made a difference since they made us check our carry ons anyways.

My good buddy used to do baggage on a runway.

I will never let anything go under a plane unless its in a hard suitcase and padlocked.
