Question Which to get, TL-01 Rally or TA-02 F-150?

I am wanting something to put my mamba set up in. I am looking at 3 Options.

Option 1: TL-01 Rally that I can get here http://www.rocousa.com/detail.asp?product_id=ta49352 for about $100.

Option 2: With the $20 off at tower I could get the TA-02 F-150 shipped for about $140.

Option 3: Wait until the DF-03 based rally car comes out.

Cost, fun, coolness, durability, and availibility of replacement parts are all considerations. What do you guys think?

option 3
You get the rally block tires that actually do well for light offroading and rally-ing.

The ta02 isn't a good idea, spour gears get eaten and motors tend to run warm in that chassis. Pricing is high too.

Tl01 is rugged, but you'll have to buy tires as those spikes wear out quickly. The chassis also has a short wheelbase so bodies may be an issue if I'm not mistaken.

I vote for #3 also. Like mentioned, the TA02 has problems and the new price is high. You can get them used for much less. But then you get to hunt for increasingly rare parts for replacement.
