Here's my Rally...TT01 (older style) with some upgrades. Have since switched to Mamba/5700 and it's holding up well. http://i472.photobucket.com/albums/r...8192010020.jpg http://i472.photobucket.com/albums/r...8192010021.jpg Have a DF03 as well, but it is set up for street use. Prefer the gear diffs and stouter driveline (once upgraded) of the TT. |
Here's a short video of my 1/5 scale MCD RallyCross car. <iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/27920555?byline=0&portrait=0&color=c9ff23" width="615" height="346" frameborder="0"></iframe> |

After they sprayed traction compound on the track it was difficult to drift because the traction was so uneven. I ended up just trying to keep up with the Baja's trying not to spin out coming into the corners since my rear tires were bald. And you can check out more threads at our large scale forum. Nice! I didn't even know Rams were running 1/5 scale now. I guess I'll have to go check it out next time. I haven't been there since my buddy was racing 1/8 on road about 5 yrs ago. Too bad we lost Bayside R/C Club because we could've made the old second track into an off road rally track. It was pretty much one anyway with the hardpack and banked berms. I miss tearing that track up with my old losi 8t with some badlands on it! |
