The 4 link sure gives you alot more articulation.

Here how it sits.
I'll go run it around tomorrow after the comp. The O/U gearing works great out in the yard. I'm looking for to trying it out on the trail.

Actually truth be told, when I designed the chassis I had K44s in mind. That's why the driveshafts are on the opposite side of the chassis to the Yota axles input. The switch to Yota axles came later on.

I bought the K44's at the same time of my truck purchase 3 months or so ago. I'm still running the leaf set up but with shackle shooters and z-boxs front and rear. I put the rear 100mm shocks in the front and 110mm in the rear.
I have awsome articulation and plan on running this for a while. Here's a couple of pics

P.S
I hope you dont mind me throwing my pics up on your thread, i just wanted to show off these awsome axles!

Your camo paintjob is spot on! I was thinking of going with a green/brown camo paintjob on my next truck, but now, i might go for a winter camo theme...

Well after trying out the O/U gearing a little, I'm going back.
The O/U gearing works great on rocks or hard surface. It climbs great and turns real good at slow speeds, but higher speeds you could tell the front was dragging the rear. I think it might be hard on the transfer too, there was a little heat there. Might be to much of a gear ratio difference between the front and back. In the soft dirt or mud , the front would dig down quick when dragging the rear and get stuck.
If I'm comping on rock or hard dirt, I'll switch to the O/U gearing, but for trail riding and having fun, I'll go with the stock set-up.

So in the switch, I had to make a new skid plate. I did it a little different this time.

I was digging around and found these TLT wheel spacers. They were just right for getting the max width for Class 1.

I got the RC4WD 3 link kit on. It was easy to put on. I had to put a 1/4 inch spacer at the top of the shock to have the shocks clear pan bar ends during articulation.
