| New TF2 Woo Hoo!!
Well ever since rc4wd released this kit I was hooked! Finally RPP had them in stock and within 15 min of placing and paying via PayPal it was shipped out!! Just received it this morning and started my build. Getting kinda late here in Texas so far just bolted on shackle mounts and greased up the T case with Lucas Red n Tacky #2 and used a bit of thread lock on the small screws. The T case gears are definitely super beefy! Haven't had a chance to look into the tranny yet I'm sure it's just as strong...it's going to get Lucas Red n Tacky #2 in there as well. I think I'll run it stock 1.55" for now as I've never driven a leafed 1.55" rig. The new rc4wd rubber compound is definitely an improvement. Probably going to need to upgrade the driveshafts sooner or later we will see. Running gear: Awaiting a new BRXL Waterproofed on 3s Holmes CM 35T Steer: Hitec 7950TH Shift: Hitec 645MG Futaba 4PL This is going to be a mud rig for sure!! |
