Default RS10 rebuild

going to try more of a scale comp chassis than what it comes with. will see if it'll work better. hopeing it'll look better than the stock chassis.I'll try to have it out proform the stock and will try using all the stock parts, to see if I did it any better than factory set up. time will tell

on to the pics I have now

you guy's try running duel brushless motors, thinking on two outboard heli motors. but I've never seen anyone build a dig switch for brushless motors, going with a single speed control. have a mamba max that will be using. thinking on going that way after I fry these little 380's, thanks glad you guys like. getting my other ready for a comp, so I'll have to get back on this when I'm done with the other, less work on the other.

not sure there is room for brushless. arent brushless motors longer? i have issues with 540 motors hitting the shocks as it is. they are right at 2 inches. but i have shocks mounted on the axles. didnt really like them mounted on lower links. not sure why or if they work better mounted on links vs mounted on axles.

Talon0713 installed and tweaked Dual Novak Mongoose 380 brushless systems for a while and I believe he ultimately removed them due to heat and reliablility issues. The thread has a lot of good info in it and some good pics at post 43:

mongoose rs10 build!

To the best of my knowledge you can NOT run two BL motors off of a single BL ESC. The Mamba Max ESC you have is a sensorless controller. You could go with a second esc and a pair of BL motors but you would likely have some cogging or stuttering on startup. Not very conducive to crawling.

the novak motors look like they are censored motors. I was wanting to use out runners that are none censored. why I want to try and use these are that the bolt pattern are the same as the stock 380 can's. I know that you can't run duel censored motors on a single speed control, because of the censor in it. the out runners don't have the censor in it . just wondering if it is possible to run none censored motors on one speed control and use a dig like this

Sensored or sensorless is not the point. One motor per ESC if you are going to run brushless.

SEARCH and you will find the answers that you seek. Here's one to get you started:
Brushless outrunner quetions

most of the cage is done alittle more bracing on the cage and do the upper link mounts, and shock brackets. then it time to paint and assembly

why the cage is taking so long to build.I had a destruction on another build that I couldn't wait to get stated. So here's a pic of the other
