| My motor swap.
Decided to start my Motor swap today. And it's about time! I went with Integy V10 60T Motors. Really they are not that much longer then the stock. The nice part is.... I moded my gear boxes ahead of time so all I had to do is enlarge a few hols and DONE! I will update everyone when I find out how well this all works. |

Just for shits and gigs I put my plastic gears in to see how they last with the new motors.... Just from playin with it in my house I can see a HUGE DIFF! with it. Damn near no Clod stall and I have all the power I would ever need. Best upgrade thus far. |

| The gear box mod was really easy, a little cuttin and a little fiberglass and a some sheet metal... Persto! I've seen better but this works for me.

| I suck at fiberglass, everything else shouldn't be a problem. It will be a while off, as I have two other projects ahead of it. Saving money for a micro for the neighbor, he's had a rough go and he likes my r/c's. While doing that I am piecing together an scx10. My 10 is down for now cause I put an xr10 chassis on it that only fits a LiPo, I don't think the novak LiPo cutoff is compatible with the stock esc, so I have to save up for a sidewinder. Just like real cars, all of them need just a couple bucks to finish lol

| Well yea.... Kinda.... I stripped it to build my LCC I bought yesterday. Used the motor, And put the other motor in my wifes LNC. And used the ESC and the servo. Swapped tires.... So now I have a sad little RS10. And yes I will prob be gettin around to sellin what I have left of it. Or I just might keep it and build it back up with cheaper motors and what not for the kids.... Depends on if some one makes me an offer I can't refuse I guess |

It's going to be hard to sell the rs10, I say put some cheap motors in and let the kids have it, or leave it as a backup for lunches on the trails in moab. Or you could just trade me the modded halves for my stockers |

Thanks, but I was just teasing. If I start on my rs10, then my half built scx10 will never get finished lol. Once the honcho is done I'll drop mine off and a 6'r of the beverage of your choice. |
