Default Steering Bump Stops

Is the stock servo able to turn further than what the stops on the axle housing allow? I eliminated my rear steering and now need it to turn sharper. Anyone cut off these little stops?

I don't think many of us are still using the stock servo. But it should throw further if you cut the stops. I cut the stops off and achieve greater throw with an aftermarket servo.

Yeah, dog bones can pop out of the cups. These axles don't allow for a very tight turning radius since we don't have cvd's for them and the design of the axle makes the tires hit the shocks if they're mounted to the axle. If you want more steering maneuverability, consider a dig setup.
