Not sure where to put this one. I was just wondering if anyone has any info on the sumo. Have you seen it run, quality, how would it compare to the losi mini/micro, etc. Would it accept a ton of mods like the rs10. I know you rs10 guys have the answer.

Bought one for my nephew. It's pretty sweet. not a lot of room for mods, But it has a HUGE variety of body options in the 1/24 testor model market!!. First mods are new wheels that take bigger tires! I believe the losi wheels fit. After belly and axle clearance, weight in the wheels to get the cg down a lot lower. Then the more difficult mod is the lipo battery conversion. Thats about all I've seen so far. I think it's a great 1/24 "scaler" since hard body options are virtually endless. |
