After this you have to shake (?) the tube a little to let the hub-thread come out, pull it out further. Instal the hex-pin, hex and finally the rim.

Hope this helps.
This seems to be one of the better ways to make up some axles. Can't see too many examples at all really....

So, nothing is actually holding the bushins/bearing in?? Just the tight fit?

I think I'm going to give this a go, unless anyone else can post up some good ideas.

Cheers

Here's my trailer loaded up for a day on the trail.

I've got some fenders to tweak a little before I weld them on. Then a coat of paint and she's good to go.

finally got around to getting my trailer pretty much finished.. its towable anyways still needs a couple welds cleaned up, some fenders, decking and some paint. towed it around with the honcho for a half battery and im impressed.

here it is
dimensions:
from end to end is 26 1/2"
frame is 11" wide and like 18" long
truck and trailer its 42 1/2" long.

^^the hitch

^^tossed my cousin's Evader EXT on there because it was the only other rc around the house, my savage is at a friends house right now. tied on with scale bungee cords.

^^purposely jack-knived it for this picture to show how much turning i get

^^wanted to see if i could still flex with the trailer on...... yup still can!!

^different view

Nice trailer and rigs! This is exactly what I want to do with my scaler, but towing a Wraith! What do you do with your tow rig and trailer while your using the rig on the trailer?

Boy, you guy's take this stuff too seriously! (Just kidding). I have not been into RC crawling for too long, but I am getting some great ideas for future projects if I can find the time to start them. I may have to learn how to weld or braze again though, been about 25 years since I have done any of that.

to all the cool trailers and scale set-ups you guys have come up with.

Excellent work. Scale trailers make scale trucks look so real.

Anywhere. You can even get it at Walmart. You have to cut it down of course.
