maybe and some late summer steelhead but lucia is mostly closed waters to fishing but 400 yards below and above it is open. also i didn't know there was an event in the area, it would be fun to just go and watch.

Yeah, they are trying to preserve the natual beauty of the falls. I dont think swimming is even allowed in the immediate area. It sure is cool to watch the fish swim upo the falls

Howdy guys, I guess I should have been checking back in on RCC a little sooner as it looks like there is no MSD scale nats this year, correct? I've just now begun trying to figure out where the various threads about it being cancelled were going and found my way here and it looks like a similar event in WA instead? Sorry I'm not up on following the competition stuff like I should be since I mostly just build model trucks and love coming to the scale events to hang out with other grown men who play with toy trucks and If I can make it to WA this year I would love to try that venue as well as it looks very beautiful and much wetter than anything I've even driven in

No Devlin, you would probably have another one of your friends fly by like at Long Beach a couple years ago!!! I don't do good with distractions!!! You never know, we might have to come up, you know the "PNW" guys are some of my favorites to hang with!!!

Ha HA, Unfortunatly he is grounded due to medical reasons and unable to fly currently. Although, he is a accomplished R/C heli and plane pilot...maybe I can talk him into a R/C flyby with one of the sponsors banners

Thanks for getting the gears a turning and I really hope you and the whole group can make the trip.

Where did I miss the fact you own a freaking TRAIN?? WTF is the state of Washington doing allowing someone to own a private train?

Can we set pennies on the tracks and have you flatten them for us?

Can we take turns with the controls?

Can I (I don't care about anyone else!) drive it?

Do we get to run things over with it?

How long will this train ride be? Also, I heard about "banjos" playing in the woods out there. Does this mean we should all double check our life insurance policies?

Thanks. Timothy the Train...Haha..

The train ride will only be about 1.5 miles long in 300 foot increments. The TTC courses are set up along the west 1.5 miles of track.

Thanks. Timothy the Train...Haha.. You will not get to ride the train if you call me that.
I will let you blow the train whistle....and possibly m.....
