Soooo, do you stand on the train while it's moving and build the course along side the tracks?

For those considering makeing the trip..... The coarses and TTC events will be crazy cool and well planned. I have been to 2 of Tims TTC events and he dose a great job of building the coarses since he has many days and months to plan, prep and do work as he travels the tracks almost daily. Not to mention he has all kinds of machinery to "make it happen". One year, he built a "retaining wall" for the RR. But, we all new it was designed for the 2.2 rock crawling event that was combined with the TTC that year Baller, 10.00 challenge if you run over one of your rigs with the train I am sure toyo will vid it...It could be your new train wreck avitar 20.00 if you run over one of Goats rigs |

Heather is just about convinced that we should make this event, plus some extra time off to hit some sights. There is a good chance I will be able to make it. But where to stay if the hotel is full....... Still one of my favorite videos ever!! Last edited by Grizzly4x4; 01-20-2012 at 10:23 AM. |

That would be awesome if you made it over Grizz. Make a week of it. There are plenty of hotels within 20 minutes of Battleground. You guys could head down to the beach after the comp, go up to Seattle, head up to Bonneville Hot Springs for a couple spa days.....the options are endless.

There are a lot of winerys and micro brew places in the greater P town area also if you guys are into that. I know if I can find a winery nearby a major comp, its a free pass from the misses as she has quite the collection of fine wines from around the area and loves to take tours of the facilities.
