Does it have a motor on it? If you have to turn it by hand, could be considered a hand of God, but it would have to be demonstrated to see how it works. Won't keep you from running, but could be put up to a vote.

Sounds like this...

If it was powered by the rotation of your tire, seems legal...

Lol, yes this is it. Except without the front wheel part. We were broke rednecks with an extra set of steel wheels, welder, wire, and imagination.
The wheel winch would be part of my Bronco 2 build. It is kinda a tribute to the old days for me.

So when you get stuck you had to put your spare on to winch out?

No, before we went out we would put that wheel on. Or when we got to the trail head we would get out the highlift jack and swap them out. A few times we had to do it out on the trail. We would try using the highlift as a come-a-long and if that didn't work then we would swap out the tires. It was not always the easiest nor convenient but it would get us out and going.

That looks simpler than what I had in mind. Can you post a pic of it separately?

Are you just attaching it before you put on the wheel nut? But that is lagit in my book. I'm going to see what else I can come up with to make mine instead of ruining a set of wheels.

Ya it just slides onto the shafts threaded part and a small spacer and wheel nut hold it tight, it dosnt slip at all.
I tryed bolting a stock scx10 wheel onto my 8hole beadlocks... couldnt get it to work because of knuckle clearance.

Sry bout hijacking the thread...

I was just thinking this same we kinda hijacked it. Lol. I was thinking of using two beadlock wheels and using thebholes for the beadlock ring to bolt them together.
