| There is a nice place not too far from you in Heath Springs called Hanging Rock. Jeff and I went a couple times last year and I think we want to make a trip back soon. Lots of shade and no "other" people to contend with!

im right out of camden. Elgin really . iv got a lot I mean A LOT of busted graval at least 3 dump truck loads. its man made but makes for some difficult crawlen. be great when i get done grooming it. I pick up the New losie 1/10 crawler. the steering is great, but the cv axils in the front are weak and if you got a strong motor it will snap them if you ever bind the in a hole or under a log. but other than that artiulation is fantastic. and my brother has a ax-10 and put the tamya FJ-40 transmission in it a with a 55t motor with a tall spur gear a it MONSTER torky. rings new drive shafts easy. need to upgrade to all metal. well anyone interested in getting together give a haller anytime.

hey guys i got another call from Mike at Hobbytown on two notch today...evidently he has his rock course finished up. it was out for some rhino lining type material today but he said that the course itself is remotely controlled...i tried to understand what he meant but from what i get he has made different ramps that he can tilt to different angles to make lines harder and things of that nature...not too sure how thatll work for a comp, but he said hes gonna have it set up this sunday during their normal races...i mentioned that quite a few of yall had gotten into slashes so he reminded me that they do have a slash class race on sundays as well so he wanted to encourage us to come out and give it a try

Holy crap this thread is old. Wana crawler was my first screen name ever on rcc. Caint remember the password lol. But anyway there is an awesome place in myrtle beach called horry county bike and run park. A group of scale crawlers meet up out there maybe once a month. Not much rock but a good bit of hills. The group has a fb called grand strand crawlers I don't have fb so caint tell you much other then that. Nice group tho! Be glad to have ya out
