There will be another super in Crawlerado soon. Been ordering parts for the last few weeks. Just need to decide on chassis and shocks now.

I'm building my first super right now... Gecko 60/40 w/ bully super CDs on the ends... It is too cool to be able to literally piece your crawler together...!

| LONG LIVE THE SUPER'S for I allway's wanted one too
I got most of my part's laying here and now I'm wondering what chassis I'm going with - I'd like to go with a stick' or a pimp-cane' - or maybe try a 4-link type'of a chassis - "I also was thinking of maybe trying to use a stock ax-10 chassis narrowed up some' - and have my own skid'made from a small cutting board on it - and then make up my own link's too'...?!! *I'll just keep studying alot of tread's and keep getting alot of info' as I go*...ya' know's - time will tell'.

I have a super crawler in the works(more than a year now). The problem is getting all parts and paying for it. Building a super clawer isn't cheap. Try getting two servo for the price of a decent 2.2 crawler. Hopeful to get her running by mid-summer. Meanwhile I'm enjoying my 2.2 comp crawlers, much easier and more fun to build and crawl, IMO.

Same as you, with clod axles with hot racing tubes/knuckles, all ttr cvds, with Dorkstar II chassis, but the chassis needs a front loop and front shock mount bar weld back in. I got it with some werid shock mounts, so I hack it off and try to have it back as orginial as possible. Once I get that done, it'll be off for powercoating (all black) and get new skins. So it's a work in progress. Pretty much have all parts except servos. They cost an arm and a leg. Also, I might wait and see what Jpcutomrc comes up with new warrior motors. | |

I'm doing a custom bodiless on mine, then again, my super's just gonna be a stretched and beefed AX10 ;) (gotta stick to shafties, I **HATE** MOA rigs..... I prefer to stick to tech that you could put on a 1:1 crawler, that way when it's screwing up, I can apply the same logic.....(seriously contemplating seeing how hard it'd be to make a nitro super too ;) )

I've desided to go with a homemade 4-link chassis untill I can get a GX2' later on to go with'. I might just try use'ing mod'ed ax-10 stock chassis side plate's and make my own skid from delvin' - it will be very narrow like a custombilt berg' comp' chassis - I got afew idea's as to how I'm going to mod those side plate's as of right now',...but I'm still looking for a used Stick' or Pimp'-cane chassis too'. So' time will tell I reckon' -
