Thread a set screw into the RC4WD CVD and it will keep that pin from falling out when you take off the wheel."thumbsup"

Say stubs, what width are ya trying first for the skid? I was thinking of starting with a 30mm wide skid.
Are you planning on staying with stright uppers?

Re: Stubs Super Bully!!!

I am going to start out 1 1/4" between the rod ends. I think that works out to around 1.5" overall of the chassis?

Ya, straight uppers. I think that will still let me get low enough and straight uppers can be lighter and still retain strength.

Got it! Thank man.

Mocked everything up tonight and I really like it. I will get all of the screws I need this week and should have it back together by the end of the weekend. The shocks came out Awesome (thanks Geo) with his bitchin' spring cups.

I still need to make the delrin cross braces for the chassis, a skid, panels, dremel out the knuckles and mount the servo and link mounts to the Dlux tubes.

I am not sure why it is this much lighter? This is everything but body panels, steering links and skid. The knuckle weights and battery are in the wheels. Full electronics package on top. 6lb 14oz.

Re: Stubs Super Bully!!!

I am pretty stoked on it. It is coming in lighter than I expected. I still have heavy motors, steel screws and rod balls. I could lose a couple more ounces by going to Eric's wheels. I'm just not sure how much I want spend on it. I won a BRSL at nats so I really want to get one more to put in this. The mamba's I have in now are super old and they don't have dragbrake once you give it throtle. It is like a brushless. If I need dragbrake and to keep moving I have to use rear dig. It sucks for sidehilling because the front just digs down and won't hold the line. Sucks.

You're a twin sticker...just feed the rear a little less throttle than the front. ;-)
