Default First ever crawler....

Ok so I have always wanted a crawlr just not had the money....
then along came a clod buster based monster...










Well she really needs everything electric...
but as im new to crawling and not too brill on TCs any help in setting it up would be great.
Im working on a lowish budget as trying to sort my real car out too

Welcome aboard and looks like youve got a good start!

I have a Clod Superclass myself and currently run 55t motors on a 2c Lipo for good power.

Yeah the search function will open up a world of knowledge to you! Its a valuable tool on this site!

Well thanks guys....

bet ya get alot of newbies asking daft questions...

I went looking thru the how to build clodbuster and the thread at top about bits and that but I got confused :(

I got no idea as so many things being throw at me in those threads...

to get this thing running for mo, im temped to link the two stock motors to the 11t ESC that it came with get two torquey serovs and Y link them together.
that will get her running if not crawling too well...

I think it has too much flex, too much will make it unstable i been told...

This will take a bit of getting used to, i usually do RC Drifting... and boats odd helicopter.....
but always wanted a crawler, there is alot of skill in crawling!

To right. it takes a while to get used to, but your going to have heaps of fun

just slowely build it up as your driving skills get greater. And soon enough youll be amazed at where you can drive your truck
