Default clod axles, different rims

i know its a noob question so with that said, take a moment to get it out of your systems ;)

i did search after search and (i really dont like the search function here) i just cant find anything through searching about using different types of rims on clodbuster axles. i think ive decided to get the V2 chassis and a pair of clod axles from inet, but how limited will my wheel choice be?

i wouldnt imagine you guys would settle for rims you didnt like so im sure it can be done. I would like to run BFT rims and tires on the clod axles... how hard is it to do?

Look up about 3 posts....everything you need to know is there How to build a Clodbuster Rock Crawler Seriously, that's the main thing I used to build my crawler. You can use the clod wheels/tires or maxx wheels/tires seem to be popular. You'll need adapters for those though. Everyone here recommends ACE on the board so that's where I got mine from. Great service, quick shipment, and a good price...what more do you want

You dont HAVE to have wheel adapters. I just drilled and tapped some 3mm holes in some maxx wheels, flipped them around and ran some 3mm screws through the clod hubs into the wheels.
