the servo arm goes past the point where the links want to push the servo on around.you could use a longer servo arm to stop this but with the motor there thats limited

Yea the motor dose make it tight for a longer servo arm but I think I'll have enough room when the OG Revolvers get put in.

you work the kinks out you can get a vendor star and sell them on here or sell some blueprints to one of our vendors

I'm not the one making them one of our EWRCRC members is and there has been some talk about a vendor star and some products being sold, but we'll see.

I havn't seen it in person yet but from talking to Justin and hearing what he had to say about the improvment in steering it sounds like it will work alot better. He might just throw one your way for a replacement.

That's because the servo should attach to the tie rod via the draglink like in my pics, not to the steering knuckle. You can get just as much travel either way with a little trimming if needed.

To tell ya the truth, I've had such bad luck with servos in my 2.2 that I robbed the ones out of my super so I havn't got to mess with it. From seeing the setup on Justin's rig though without CVD's it works realy good.....add CVD's and should work even better.
