ok.. lets see here.... im seeing front and rear Stand alone spring mounts on the axles - very cool! new beadlocks new crawler inspired tires - good good - i like what im seeing 4 linked suspension its a shafty but i dont see a tranny so i dont think its a 3 speed and that means the tranny is mounted nice and low to lower Center Of Gravity cantelivered shocks mounted upside down HpI wheely King style center chassis Looking at it i think those are 1.9's.. maybe. the way the wires are running - looks like both the motor and the battery are mounted in the front of the chassis im only seeing wires for 1 motor maybe Tlt inspried axles.. i cant tell.. need to find more pics! all and all.. i think this thing maybe the next new hit! i'll buy one! I cant wait to see Jasons write up on it if it exists cause who knows... this could be a prototype that was made and will never hit the market or mass produced... ie the factory Kyosho Crawler... i havent heard a single word about that thing since its spy pics. I can just make out the silver of a mabuchi motor in the center of the chassis under the battery... Nice and low, looks promising. But will the price be more along the lines of a Axial, or Hilift kit?

i could only asume hard body.. with the solid frame - Tamiya tends to lean twards hard bodies with this type of design. since it doesnt seem to have the 3 speed.. i would guess 2-300 in price. but with out knowing the specifics on the chassis, ie, metal gears or something... its kinda hard to tell... you can pretty much count that it will cost over $200 at least.

I want to see the spring perches, and how wide those axles are. If they're any good, and nice and narrow, they might be an alternative for TLT units. But what I really want is them to bring back the CC-01 chassis  |

Which Toy Fair are you referring? The New York International Toy Fair is Feb 17 ~ 20. We are exhibiting there, but I am not aware of Tamiya being there. Maybe you are referring to a different show. | |

Body is Lexan and tires are said to be exceptional. If I remember correctly it will be less than an F-350.
