| Axle Housing Clearance
Has anyone tried grinding or sanding away part of the bottom of the axle housings for better clearance? I noticed there are tabs and stuff that stick out that dont look necessary. My truck keeps getting hung up with my little 1.9 tires. I like how I was able to make it into a scaler except that I have ground clearance issues with the axles sometimes.

Never tried it myself. Tabs on the front of the axle should be easy enough to trim down, and there's plenty of beef there. Not sure if that's going to help overall clearance though. Don't think there's much on the bottom to trim. Maybe a set of 3Racing portals is in your future? |

Yeah maybe, I hope they are strong because I beat this thing sometimes haha. Is there anything to trim that would help steering at all? The steering is horrible also.
