Just saw one on ebay that's 99 and a BIN for 150....... i think 99 seems reasonable considering what you guys have said. i really wanna build my own. seems like the hardware would be worth it. any other opinions?

I recently bought a new-in-box tlt from ebay for $80, plus $15 shipping....keep an eye out, they are on from time to time for a bargain price...
