xtant here is some info on the motor.Outrunner Brushless in stock, esc's too temps have been around 120 max with the motor and 100 for the esc and batt. I have been folowing your build thread on 1/18th. 18th scale is what got me back into RC 1.5 years ago. If you already have the mamba 25 like i did. I would recommend ordering a motor for it. You will be impressed. lowandslow these are the shocks im running http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXJK80&P=ML thanks for all the input |

Lookin good man! It seems to articulate well, even with the lighter electrics. Must be the Bender chassis' adjustablility with shock mounts. How peppy is it with your gearing and 7 cells? I bet it is pretty zesty! |

Im loving the motor. I think it is geared just right with my pack. It will creep slow enough to go over anything, and when I say slow I mean slow. At full throttle it is faster than walking speed. | |

its around 1000kv... so if you're all geared up for a 55t lathe... then the JRB's Revolver should also be JUST right on the mark for your gearing setup. i have a TLT with 55t lathe and a PTI with JRB Revolver... i the revolver rig is just better. goes faster on top speed (not geared as low as TLT), but has plenty of NO stall power despite the higher gearing. matter of fact snapped a HPI thick dogbone in the axle on the PTI the other day (RATS!!!). just too much power in the Revolver... love every minute of it!!! |

Brushless provides SO much more power! Once you try it, you won't go back! The Grunt is a different crawler w/ the power it now has available. Last edited by dezfan; 05-24-2006 at 07:53 PM. |
