I like what you've done here. looks like it should work pretty good.
I do have one suggestion though. triangulate the lower links, by bringing them closer together on the chassis, skid plate.

from the start i thought it was aluminum and i was wondering how the hell did you cut that much with a dremel, but now I see the material and that's a great idea. And yes, you should triangulate the links.

lol, cutting that much aluminum would of been a pain in the butt to do with a dremel.

the links are a copy of how they were on my jefferson.i have no side to side movement of the axles. i changed springs and it helped some with the articulation. the outer part of the links are hitting the chassis and i wonder if that can be hindering flex.

well i ditched this build up in favor of the new reign products J2-TT.

i just could get the articulation were i wanted it on the rock whore.
