are those wheels hpi and are they a direct fit to the stock axle?

yes the wheels he has on it now are HPI and he is running g-made wideners. the rims and tires that are on it are not the ones he is going to be running he just put them on to help line up the body. The new rims he is going to run will be HPI also but he is going to narrow them with moabs and still run wideners.

well i went out on my first lil trial run and she did pretty damn good for a new crawler..
this is before i rolled it and scratched it
























this was one of many trips this crawler will see

mr chevy and i went out crawling yesturday.

took my truck through a pond... i am going to water proof my eletronics so i can get it into deeper water




here is the new rim i am going to use instead of the black ones i wanted chrome....

Default my new tiresand wheels

i cut and narrowed my rims and cut my foams,
added some tire weights and glued my moabs on them..
got a few pics of the tires and wheels i am going to run on my crawler...

Spray some transparent polycarb paint (maybe pearl white?)before spraying the plastic spray paint. That way the paint stays better.

Looks good man,

Amazing what a set up Moabs can do to a rig. The rig looked sweet before, those Moabs just send it off.
