I used the shoulder bolts and spacers from some short clod knuckles and 1 4mm flat washer on each side and they just dropped in. The only issue is that there's about a quarter inch between the outer bearing and the hex adapter and the bearing fit isn't all that tight so I'll need to come up with something to keep the bearings from coming out.
