So sand may have gotton into the motor? It is not even making an effort to try and go. It does nothing at all...

If one of your brushes is not touching the com there will be no power at all.

I tried the old motor (a 540) and it works. The only problems is that when I floor it, it makes a grinding noise and when going up a hill with loose dirt or anyting, it stops and gets stuck(even with locked diffs all around) and it acts like it is front wheel drive and just digs itself into the ground. Other than those two minor issues, it works perfectly

I have an idea for a front bumper mod. I was looking on google and saw this front bumper for the FJ40

It looks almost exactly like the front bumper that came off of that radio shack croc yota that they used to sell. I have one in my room(already got the spare wheel from it) and thought that with a little bit of modifications, it could look alot like the 1:1. What do yall think?

I ordered some GPM parts today and a new motor from RC4WD. They should be here later this week or sometime next week. It should get the CC back up and running
