MOA is better IMO. A person who buys this truck as a first crawler, never experiencing an MOA truck, would think the same as you. But having my tail handed to me several times last year made me think differently. I converted my truck a few months ago, no regrets. The V3 shafts are a must, don't waste your time and money on anything else.

I was running a goat with an 18.5 and like it. But I have never been a big fan of Novak. That's why I went Tekin.
Tekin all the way

yes i will say this truck cost a lil more than a ax 10 but its a way better crawler than the ax 10 as well.

it takes a lil time to get it rite an be sure u have all the rite gears an cvds in it an what better losi will fire u the rite ones if u talk to rich if yours r wrong but there getting them all sorted out now an when its dont it is a great truck

i have switched form a ax10 an never looked back
i also switched from an ax-10 and ill say i have about 150-175 more into my ax-10 than my Losi, if you do it right the first time you'll save some, just cant cut corners

Unless you are running twin sticks with two ESC i see no point in going MOA. The LCC as a shafty works great.

Like the other guy said, it`s cheaper. The extra expense is where? Going brushless? I was running brushless but I'm not right now and I still like it. The Losi is cheaper to get to comp level out of the box.

Two ESC's, maybe. Stick radio's, not at all. I can't think of anything a stick radio will be able to do that my 3PKS or 4PK can't do.
I ran a berg with a Punk dig switch and with just switches. I did just fine with it. No doubt I could have done better with 2 ESC's, but you don't need them.

I don't have a ton of experience, but i have driven both and the only advantage i can see to MOA with 2 ESC and sticks is when you are climbing you can control the front and rear motors separately. You can get the front tires spinning to get traction and suck the rig down and then ease into the rear motor to push it up the climb without it wanting to flip over backwards.

You can do that with a pistol grip radio as well.

3PK and DX3R. The 3PK for sure but the 3R should do it as well. One of the locals here has it set up with 2 ESC's on a 3R and can control the speed of the rear motor. Just set it up for one of the thumb buttons under the wheel.

M11 radio's can do it as well.

Don't forget the now obsolete Nomadio React. ;)

I've been using mine for years with 2x motors/speedies.

Sorry, no hijack intended.

I have a 3R, now I might have to pick up another esc.
